Luis Enrique Liogier-Weyback, M.D.   Luis Enrique R. Liogier-Weyback, M.D., is an urgent care and men's wellness physician at a well-known men’s health facility in Boca Raton, FL. “Dr. Weyback,” as his patients call him, is also the founder of Mobile Medicine, PLLC (DBA Doctor Jane), South Florida’s most professional and discreet concierge medical cannabis practice. Dr. Weyback is a firm believer in the power and potential of medical cannabis, and believes that this burgeoning therapy should be more easily accessible to a wider range of patients. Maintaining the core values of evidence-based treatment and respect for his patients, he founded Doctor Jane with the mission of providing high-quality, individualized and safe medical cannabis therapy to the patients that need it most.   Dr. Weyback earned a B.S. in Chemistry and Biology, completed post-baccalaureate studies in neuroscience at the University of Pennsylvania, and was awarded his Doctorate of Medicine (M.D.) from Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, VA. He is a member of the Congress of Neurological Surgeons, American Association of Neurological Surgeons, North American Spine Society, and the Florida Medical Association. He is a veteran of the U.S. Navy and resides in Palm Beach County, FL with his wife and daughter.

Luis Enrique R. Katie Liogier-Weyback, RN.,BS .    Katie Liogier-Weyback, R.N. is CEO of KLV Medicine, PA and Chief Nursing Officer of Coral Shores Behavioral Health in Stuart, FL. At Doctor Jane, Katie is responsible for the medical practice’s day-to-day administrative and financial dealings, as well as orchestrating coverage with various contractors to keep Doctor Jane running smoothly.  Katie joined Coral Shores Behavioral Health as the result of a promotion from her previous position as Director of Nursing at Palmetto Lowcountry Behavioral Health, another Universal Health Services (UHS) hospital. Katie started at Palmetto Lowcountry as Charge Nurse in 2014, when she first moved to South Carolina with her husband for his residency training. She was promoted to Director of Nursing after less than a year at the hospital, overseeing 100 beds and more than 120 employees.  In addition to her nursing degree, Katie Liogier-Weyback holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA. She is a member of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association (APNA) and APIC, the Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology. Katie resides in Palm Beach County, FL with her husband, Luis Enrique Liogier-Weyback, MD, and their daughter.
